Refund Policy

Credits are virtual goods. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. 7-Day Full Refund (Unconsumed)

Within 7 calendar days of purchase, if no credits have been consumed, you may request a full refund. We will refund via the original Stripe payment channel.

2. Partial Consumption — Non-Refundable

Once any credit has been consumed (i.e., any AI generation call has been made), the plan is no longer refundable regardless of remaining credits. Reason: upstream API fees have already been incurred.

3. Major Failure Compensation

If generation fails due to our or upstream's fault and credits are not automatically returned, contact support. We will issue credit top-ups or refunds after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • More than 7 days since purchase.
  • Any credits consumed.
  • Account suspended for violations.
  • Plans purchased through unauthorized channels.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your registered email, order ID, and reason. We review within 5 business days; approved refunds arrive in 7-10 business days (Stripe processing time).

6. Chargebacks

Please use this refund process first. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
