If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow this process.
1. Notice Must Include
- Complainant's identity and contact (email, phone).
- Description of the original copyrighted work and source URL.
- URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Good-faith statement that use is unauthorized.
- Accuracy statement that the information is correct and you are authorized to act.
- Electronic or physical signature.
2. Submission
Send to [email protected] with subject "DMCA Notice" or "Copyright Complaint".
3. Process
- Acknowledge within 48 hours.
- Remove or disable access to infringing content after verification.
- Notify the affected user.
- If a counter-notice is filed, content may be restored after 10-14 business days per DMCA.
4. Counter-Notice
If the affected user believes content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice with identity, content location, good-faith statement, and accuracy statement.
5. Repeat Infringers
We will suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Abusive Notices
Abusive or fraudulent notices may result in refusal to process future notices and liability for damages.
