Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides AI image generation, AI video generation, an infinite canvas, and related features, billed per use or by subscription. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

You must register with a valid email and verify it. Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or arbitrage is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits are virtual goods consumed by AI generation calls. Except as stated in our Refund Policy, purchases are non-refundable.
• Prices, credit quantities, and consumption rules may change. Changes do not affect previously purchased plans.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never handle your card details.
• Unused credits remain valid indefinitely, but are forfeited if your account is suspended.

4. AI-Generated Content and IP

• You hold usage rights to images and videos generated by the Service ("Generated Content") for commercial or non-commercial purposes, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
• The IP status of Generated Content depends on upstream model provider policies. We do not guarantee that Generated Content can be exclusively claimed by you in all jurisdictions.
• You warrant that your prompts and reference images do not infringe third-party IP. You are solely responsible for infringement arising from your inputs.
• The Service's brand, code, design, and documentation are owned by us and may not be copied or commercialized without authorization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

See the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no NSFW, content involving minors, deepfakes, infringement, defamation, incitement of violence, or illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our cumulative liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, we will delete your Generated Content within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent court at our operating location.
